How frequently will Progressive check my driving records?
How often do insurance companies check driving history? I got pulled over for a speeding ticket recently and I'm worried my premiums will increase.

“Car insurance companies typically check your driving record when your policy is about to renew or when you’re applying for a new one.
It’s costly for companies to obtain this information, so they may only do so every six to 12 months.
You can probably count on them learning about your speeding ticket at some point.”

What's adequate liability coverage for a vehicle in Texas?
I'm active military who is moving from South Carolina to Texas. I found that minimum state coverage is 30/60/25, but even the state's website says that this may not be adequate coverage. What's a decent amount of liability coverage in Texas if I want to go with GEICO or Progressive?
