How do you respawn your car in GTA 5 online?
I spent hours grinding away at missions so I could finally afford enough to buy a nice car in GTA 5. I even customized it with bulletproof glass and a flame-design paint job! But now I’m worried it’ll get destroyed. Is there any way to respawn your car in GTA 5 online?

Grand Theft Auto 5 does a pretty great job of mirroring the real world. That said, the only way to respawn your car is to buy an insurance policy with Mors Mutual Insurance. While that might sound strange, the respawn system works kind of like the
car insurance
system in real life.If you have insurance and your car gets destroyed, you can call Mors Mutual Insurance to request repairs on your car. They’ll typically get it back to you for anywhere from $10,000-$20,000. Of course, if someone else destroyed your car they’ll need to pay and you’ll get the car free of charge.
Unfortunately, this same method doesn’t work in Story Mode. If you’re playing the story and your car gets wrecked, you cannot respawn it unless you’ve recently saved the game and decide to restart it from that point.
