You can delete a phone from Audi Bluetooth in a 2019 Q5 in the Bluetooth settings menu. Follow these steps to delete or unpair your phone:
Click on “Menu” in the center console.
Use your menu selector to select the “Telephone” option
Navigate to “Connection Manager”
Select the ”Settings” option in the bottom right-hand corner of your infotainment screen
Press “Bluetooth”
Scroll down and select “Bonded Bluetooth Devices” or “Connected Bluetooth Devices”
Select the device you want to disconnect
Click “Delete Device” and confirm your selection
Once you’ve completed these steps, the phone is deleted from your Audi’s Bluetooth.
