How do you delete a Bluetooth device from a 2021 Honda CR-V?

I recently got a new phone and would like to delete my old phone from my 2021 Honda CR-V’s Bluetooth library, but I’m not sure what the process is—how do you delete a Bluetooth device from a 2021 Honda CR-V?

If you’re having trouble deleting a previously paired Bluetooth device from 2021 Honda CR-V, don’t worry—all you have to do is follow the steps below:
  1. Press the “🕻” button (on the infotainment screen) or the “✆” button (on the steering wheel).
  2. Rotate the multimedia dial (located to the left of the infotainment display) to select “Phone Setup” and press the button in the center of the dial.
  3. Turn the dial to select “Bluetooth Setup” and press the dial’s center button.
  4. Rotate the dial to select “Delete Device” and press the dial’s center button. The screen will then change to display a list of all currently-paired devices.
  5. Rotate the dial to select the device you plan on deleting and press the dial’s center button.
  6. A message on the infotainment screen will ask you to confirm whether you want to delete the device. Rotate the dial to select “Yes” and press the dial’s center button.
And there you have it. As long as you follow these instructions, you shouldn’t have a problem deleting a Bluetooth device from your 2021 Honda CR-V—just keep in mind that, as with pairing a device, you only delete a device when the vehicle is not in motion.
