How do you delete a Bluetooth device from a 2012 Chevy Silverado?

Can I delete my ex’s phone from the Bluetooth in my 2012 Chevy Silverado? It’s really annoying that it still shows up when I go to my Bluetooth settings but I’m not sure how to get rid of it.

To delete a Bluetooth device from a 2012
Chevy Silvrado
, you’ll need to follow these steps:
  1. Press and hold the voice activation button for two seconds.
  2. Say Bluetooth, then say List. This will bring up the list of paired devices in your car.
  3. Next, say Delete.
  4. When prompted, say the name of the phone you’d like to delete as it is listed in your vehicle’s list of Bluetooth devices.
  5. Once your device has been deleted, turn off your car. Then, turn it back on to ensure that the device has successfully been deleted from your car.
Once you finish these steps, your ex’s phone should be gone from the list of devices in your truck!
