How do you clean Honda Accord seats?

My wife would like a used Dodge Grand Caravan and I’m wondering if there’s a preferred model year we should be shopping for—or, perhaps more importantly—if there are any years we should absolutely avoid. What years should we be aware of?

We are looking to spruce up our backyard for the summer. We’re thinking about getting a hot tub, but we’re not sure about the ongoing expenses. Would a hot tub increase our home insurance?
