Congrats on the new ride! If you want to delete a Bluetooth device on a
Honda Civic
, the process is quick and easy. Follow these steps to remove a Bluetooth device:
  1. Put the key in the ignition and turn it to the accessories or on position. The radio screen should be on.
  2. Push the phone button icon located just to the right of the radio screen.
  3. Select Phone Setup using the selection dial located to the right of the screen.
  4. Scroll down using the same dial until you find System Clear.
  5. Select Bluetooth Setup.
  6. Use the dial to scroll down until you see Delete Device.
  7. Choose the Bluetooth device you want to delete.
  8. Select Yes on the confirmation prompt and this will successfully remove the Bluetooth device.
Once you delete the old Bluetooth devices and set up your new phone to the Civic’s Bluetooth system, you can play music from your device, as well as access hands-free calling and speech-to-text capabilities.
