Unfortunately, you can’t play Bluetooth music on a 2010 Audi Q5 without a special adapter.
You will need a portable Bluetooth music receiver if you want to stream music via Bluetooth on your Q5. Don’t worry! You can buy a Bluetooth kit and adapter for about $20 on Amazon.
