How do I get my driving record in Texas?
I need to look at my Texas driving record before I apply to my next job because it involves a lot of driving and I want to make sure my record is clean. How can I do that?

In order to see your driving record in
Texas
, you can visit the Texas DPS online portal
and follow the prompts on the screen. From there, you can choose to receive your record via mail or email.If you’d prefer, you can also visit the DMV in person to get a copy of your driving record. You’ll need a driver Record Request Form for this, which you can print out online or get at the DMV.
When you get your driving record, take a look to see which charges are affecting your insurance rates the most. If your record is a little spotty, check out the
