How do I delete a Bluetooth device from an Audi A4?

I got a new phone and want it to be the only Bluetooth device listed in my Audi A4, but my old phone is still showing up. I’ve gone through many of the “settings” options and still can’t figure out how to get rid of my old number. How can I delete a device on an Audi A4?

To delete a Bluetooth device from an Audi A4, you’ll need to:
  • Use the controller near your gear shifter to navigate to your infotainment menu
  • Select telephone from the menu
  • Scroll to the + menu of the connect mobile phone option
  • Once that menu is open, select connection manager, then phone
  • Scroll down to the device you wish to delete
  • Gently push the controller to the right to open that device’s Bluetooth settings
  • You should see a delete Bluetooth device option
  • Select that
Your Audi A4 should get to the short work of deleting the device you don’t use anymore.
If you’re still having trouble, you can schedule a service appointment with an Audi technician at a nearby Audi dealership for further troubleshooting and assistance. We know dealership visits can be expensive, though, so if you could use a little extra cash, try
