How do I delete a Bluetooth device from an Audi A3?
My friend’s phone has been connected to my Audi A3’s Bluetooth for months and every time I turn my car on, that’s the device it tries to connect with first. It always takes maneuvering to switch it to my phone and I’d rather not have to do that. How do I delete my friend’s device?

To delete a Bluetooth device from an Audi A3 follow these steps:
- Use the control panel near your gear shifter
- Navigate to the infotainment menu
- From there, select telephone
- Which should bring you to the connection manager menu
- Choose phone or primary phone from the options
- Scroll down to the device you wish to delete.
- Once that device is highlighted, gently push the controller knob to the right
- This pulls up that device’s individual menu
- Select the option that says delete Bluetooth device
