How can I get crayon off my car window?
My son drew with a crayon on our car windows. Don't get me wrong, I love that he's a budding artist, but I'd prefer he kept his work confined to more traditional mediums. Unfortunately, it's so waxy that I'm not sure where to start with cleaning. How can we get the crayon residue off?

“It’s always great to parent the next Picasso—except when it’s not! I’m happy to say that there are a few ways to get crayon marks off of windows, depending on the type of crayon your son used.
For washable crayons: Use glass cleaner and a cloth to take the marks off your window. You can spray the window with glass cleaner and then wipe it with a dry lint-free or microfiber cloth.
For any other type of crayon: Use a vinegar and water solution. Again, you’ll want to spray the window and wipe it with a dry cloth. If you don’t have vinegar on hand, dish soap and water should also work.
If you can’t remove the crayon marks with these solutions, you can also try rubbing alcohol or acetone. You can also consult a professional if you’re concerned you may damage your windows.
Kids aren’t the only cause of damage to cars, though. If you want to make sure that you and your family are protected for any eventuality, you might want to make sure that your insurance policy has all the coverage you need.
