Does the Jeep Compass Sport come with a manual transmission?
I’ve always wanted to buy a Jeep Compass Sport and I can finally afford one. I’ve owned older-model Jeeps with a stick shift, so I’d like to have one on the Compass. Can I get a Jeep Compass Sport with a manual transmission?

Unfortunately, the
Jeep Compass Sport
no longer comes with a manual transmission. As of the 2021 model, Jeep replaced the manual with a six-speed automatic.If you’ve driven older Jeeps that have a stick shift, it’s only natural that you’d get hooked on them. They provide precision shifting and definitely make towing, hauling, and off-roading easier.
If you just have to have a manual transmission, however, you’re still in luck. Models made from 2007 to 2020 offer a six-speed manual transmission, which can give you the hands-on approach that you want.
