Do I need to renew my photo driving license?
Will I need to renew my driving license that has an old photo of me on it? I recently shaved off most of my hair, and I look totally different from my license photo, but I think my current license is technically still valid for a few more months.

It’s a good idea to update your
driving license
photo if the old photo doesn’t look like you anymore, since people will use the image to make sure that you are who you say you are. However, you aren’t legally required to renew your license when you change your hair— just be prepared to show a second form of ID.When you do renew your license, however, make sure that your DMV takes a replacement photoand that any new information (change in weight, hair color, etc.) is documented on your new license.
