Can you flat tow a GMC Canyon?
I’m thinking about buying a used GMC Canyon from my buddy, but I have some hesitations. For example, we like to tow our car behind our RV for family vacations. Can you flat tow a GMC Canyon behind an RV?

It’s the important details like these that really determine whether a car is right for you! Generally, you can flat tow a GMC Canyon if it has four-wheel drive (4WD).
However, it’s best to check your owner’s manual just in case. Certain 4WD Canyons may not be flat towable if they do not have the following features:
- A four-wheel drive low setting
- Neutral transmission setting
