Can you call AAA for a tow even if you aren't a member?

If I get a flat tire, I was wondering if AAA will come out and fix it if I'm not a member. I'll still pay them for their time, but I wasn't sure if they'd do this if I'm not a member. Will AAA give me a tow or assist me?
