.The Subaru Forester—and almost every other Subaru vehicle—has come standard with Subaru’s symmetrical all-wheel drive for most (if not all) of its production. This drivetrain works in tandem with continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT) to channel the standard 2.5-L four-cylinder engine’s 182 horsepower to all four wheels.
The only downside is that the base Forester comes pretty sparse as far as other standard features are concerned, but upgrading to the next-level Premium trim ($30,620 MSRP) will take care of that. It may cause your
