Can you turbo and supercharge a car?

I like having high-powered cars, and I want to get as much power to the engine as possible. I’ve heard great things about turbochargers and superchargers, so I’m curious if I could get both installed. Can you turbo and supercharge a car?

It’s commonly seen in race cars. They use a turbocharger with a supercharger in order to increase engine power at both the low and high RPM bands. However, this modification only works for gas-powered cars—diesel engines are limited by producing high torque at low RPM.
