The Pagani Huayra is a
luxury car

What did the original Pagani Huayra have to offer?
In 2011, Pagani introduced the original Huayra, which, according to

was intended to replace its previous supercar, the Zonda. Featuring a motor designed for Pagani by Mercedes-Benz, the Huayra C9 offered a whopping 720 hp and 738 lb-ft. of torque. The car also featured a seven-speed transmission and emissions levels acceptable even for European standards.
With all that engine power going for it, it wasn't surprising that the Huayra could go from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.3 seconds. Not only that, but it could also reach speeds up to 220 mph. And yet, Pagani wasn't content stopping there.

What changes emerged with The Pagani Huayra BC?

Named after Benny Caiola, one of Pagani's first customers, the Huayra BC emerged in 2017 and built on the successes of the previous Huayra. According to

, it sported an uprated V-12 powerplant, a new transmission, and revised aerodynamics, along with a race-inspired interior.The BC was far more exclusive than the original Huayra, as fewer of them were produced. The BC offered 19 more ponies of power than did the Huayra and a lightweight body.
This, combined with its aerodynamic redesign, allowed it to reach top speeds even more quickly. It could go from 0 to 60 in just 3.2 seconds.
But once again, Pagani wasn't satisfied simply to rest on its laurels with the BC. It knew that if it wanted to continue competing with
more established Italian supercar manufacturers like Lamborghini
, it would need to keep evolving. The Huayra R takes top speed to a whole new level

Ever aiming to improve performance, Pagani introduced the Huayra R in 2021. As

put it, "Extreme would be a soft word" to describe this vehicle. Good luck finding this Pagani for sale.The track-only Huayra R costs a whopping $3.1 million and is planned to be produced in only 30 units. With 838 hp at 8,250 rpm and 553 lb-ft. of torque, there's little that can match this racing machine.
It shaves a third of a second off of the time the original Huayra took to go from 0 to 60 mph.
