Consider us your tech support! You can connect to Bluetooth in a 2011
Ford Taurus
by activating the Bluetooth setting on your mobile phone and pairing it with the SYNC multimedia system on the dashboard.
Start by pressing the phone button on the SYNC system. The words Add Bluetooth Device will appear on the digital screen—press the round OK button. The system will provide you with a PIN.
On your phone’s Bluetooth menu, look for the pairing option called SYNC and select it. Enter the PIN into your phone to complete the wireless connection. After that, you should be good to go!
Using Bluetooth can actually reduce instances of
distracted driving
as it allows you to access certain features hands-free. By keeping your focus on the road, you can avoid traffic tickets and keep from causing an accident. Hopefully, these tips will give you the access you’re looking for!
