2022 Toyota Rav4 Prime plug-in hybrid
Starting at $40,300,Toyota’s 2022 Rav4 Prime Plug-In is the most expensive of this bunch, but you get the most power for your dollar. The Rav4 Prime Plug-In Hybrid features a 2.5 L inline 4-cylinder engine. Combined with its electric motor,the Rav4 Prime offers up a whopping 302 horsepower. It boasts a continuously variable transmission and all-wheel drive.
The Rav4 Prime offers 42 miles of electric range and can be fully charged in 2 hours on a Level 2 charger,either at home or a public charging station. Toyota’s hefty suite of driver-assist technology comes standard, which includes adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist,and lane-departure warning.

The 2022 Kia Niro is the cheapest Plug-In Hybrid vehicle in this group, but it's no slouch.
