Driving without a license can get you in serious trouble with local law enforcement, even if the license is genuinely lost.

Replacing a lost Wyoming in person

To replace your lost Wyoming license you’ll have to go to the nearest driver exam office, complete the Wyoming Driver Licenses Application, pay a fee of $10, and get your picture taken for your new ID.

Here are the documents you’ll need to bring with you:

A valid U.S. passport or state-certified birth certificate

Proof of name change (if necessary)

Proof of your Social Security number (W-2 form, IRS tax form, SSN card, etc.)

2 documents to prove your Wyoming residency (excluding your driver’s license; your name and address should appear somewhere on each document and they can’t be more than a month old.)
