The payload capacity maxes out at 1,760 pounds, making it competitively strong among its contemporaries.

When it comes to comparison shopping, Rivian’s current competition is limited. Its projected top competitor, the Tesla Cybertruck, isn’t on the market quite yet, but it is reported to have a 6-foot-5-inch bed.
