What if you lose your Nebraska license out of state?

To begin, print out and complete an Operator License Out of State Renewal data form
. Attach a copy of two forms of acceptable identification
and proof of address. Then, send the entire packet to the request address (found near the top of the form). Your duplicate license should arrive at your current address within four weeks of mailing the packet.
