Start by picking a lug and measuring from the outer edge of the bolt hole to the center of the bolt hole opposite it. Since Wranglers have an odd number of bolts, you’ll wind up measuring between two lugs if you go straight across. Instead, choose one of the nearest lugs and measure to the middle of that one.
