Issues with your 2002
Jeep Grand Cherokee’s
 seat heaternot working are likely tied to an electrical issue.
Your seats are heated by electricity that comes from your car’s battery. The issue is most likely due to a problem with your car’s ability to get the electricity to your seat.
This can be due to a problem with:
  • The seat heater button
  • The battery
  • The electrical components within the seat
The most likely culprit is an issue with your connectors. Check the connectors on your seat and underneath your seat heater button. Make sure everything is plugged in and nothing is corroded or damaged. You can buy a replacement connector for just a dollar at many auto parts stores.
