The battery in a 2020 RAV4 hybrid is located in the trunk. It’s underneath a plastic battery cover to the far right-hand side.
If you’re looking to replace the battery, you can get to it by lifting up the rubber floor mat and removing the plastic battery compartment cover. If you’re just giving your Toyota RAV4 a jumpstart, though, you can do so using the jump terminals—which are under the hood at the far left-hand side of the engine bay.
Make sure that you practice all appropriate safety measures when dealing with your car battery, and disconnect the battery terminals before removing it.
