That’s the trick—it’s not in either of those places! A 2007 Saturn Outlook’s battery location is underneath the floor between the passenger seat and second row of seats.
To see your battery, you will first have to remove the floor mat that sits behind the passenger seat. Doing so will reveal a small floor panel with a knob. Pull up on this knob to remove the panel, and voila! There’s your Saturn’s battery.
