Where is the 1999 Ford F150 fuel pump relay location?

I’m fairly certain that the fuel pump relay or the fuel pump itself is broken on my truck, but seeing as the repair costs are $20 for one and $500+ for the other, I just want to make sure. Where can I find the fuel pump relay on a 1999 Ford F150?

Checking the fuel pump relay is always a smart cost-saving measure if something’s amiss with your fuel pump. The 1999 Ford F150 fuel pump relay location is in the fusebox located underneath the hood of the vehicle. Once you pop the hood, look for a black box near the right rear area of the engine compartment.
Take off the lid, and you can use the underside to find both the fuel pump relay and the fuel pump fuse. The fuel pump relay is the large fuse located on the bottom row. You’ll also find the fuel pump fuse in there, which is a 20-amp, yellow fuse. It’s in the row second from the bottom and five slots from the left.
While you’re taking some time to learn more about your fuel pump relay, why not take an extra minute to lower your
