Where exactly is my Genesis GV80’s battery location?
I recently bought a Genesis GV80, and already I made a huge boo-boo. I managed to drain the battery completely. I’m wondering if you could tell me about the GV80’s battery location, and how I can get into the car since nothing is happening when I use the key FOB? Should I call the dealership?

Your Genesis GV80’s battery is located in the trunk, under the floorboard and to the right of the spare tire (if your GV80 has one). But you might be able to simply jumpstart your car, rather than replace the battery. And for this, we’ll need to pop the hood and visit the front of the car.
Grab your key FOB and locate the small button that opens the FOB itself. Press it, and you can pull out the physical emergency key that will get you into the car and trunk.
When facing the engine, locate the fuse box on the left (passenger) side of the engine bay. You’ll find the positive jumper terminal here, not in the trunk. The negative jumper terminal is nearby too, on the framework a little closer to the windshield. Consult your owner’s manual if you’re having trouble finding either.
