Where can I buy an electric car?

I’m interested in finally making the switch to an electric car, but I noticed that Tesla does all of their sales online. Is there anywhere I can actually buy and test drive an electric car in person?

Great question! While Tesla does do all of its business online, there are showrooms across the U.S. where you can view and test out the cars for yourself. Tesla, however, is unique in this aspect and its business model is actually illegal in some states that have strict dealership laws.
For other electric cars, you can browse, test drive and buy them just like any other car at a
dealership
. You can also find used electric cars for sale online.
