Where are Nissan X-Trails made?

I love my Nissan Rogue—or, as my European friends call it, my X-Trail. Where is it made?

So glad you’re loving your Rogue/X-Trail! Nissan X-Trails are made primarily in Japan, but there are also manufacturing plants in Russia, China, Indonesia, and more.
Let’s dig into that. The X-Trail is a compact crossover SUV manufactured by the Japanese automaker Nissan. The X-Trail has been produced since 2000 and its third generation model is the same as the North American Rogue.
Nissan X-Trail manufacturing locations include:
  • Kanda and Fukuoka, Japan
  • Saint Petersburg, Russia
  • Dalian, China
  • Purwakarta, Indonesia
  • Serendah, Malaysia
