What’s a Honda Pilot’s top trim?
I’ve decided I want a new Honda Pilot, and now I’m debating which trim level to go with. What’s a Honda Pilot’s top trim?

The 2023 Honda Pilot’s top trim is the Elite trim. The Honda Pilot Elite has a starting MSRP of $52,030—which is quite a bit more than the base level Sport trim, which starts at $39,150.
Here’s a look at what the top-tier Pilot Elite has to offer:
- Heated and ventilated front seats
- Heated second-row seats
- Head-up display
- 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster
- Panoramic sunroof
- 12-speaker Bose premium sound system
- Multi-view camera system (with front camera washer)
- TrailWatch
- Hands-free power liftgate
- LED door trim lighting
- All standard driver assistance features, plus low-speed braking control and front and rear parking sensors (both available on EX-L and higher trims)
Across the board, the 2023 Honda Pilot gets a fuel economy of 18 mpg city / 25 mpg highway / 21 mpg combined. It’s capable of 285 horsepower at 6,100 rpm, and it has a max towing capacity of 5,000 pounds when equipped with all-wheel drive.
If the new Pilot Elite is outside your price range, other trim levels are still quite well-equipped. With a starting price of $43,295, the EX-L trim has a larger 9-inch infotainment screen, a power tailgate, and wireless phone charging. And that’s just one step above the base-level Sport trim!
