Dart, you’ll need either 0W-20 motor oil or 5W-40 motor oil depending on which engine you have.The 2015 Dodge Dart comes standard with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 160 horsepower and holds 5 quarts of oil. For this engine, 0W-20 engine oil is necessary. The brand-name of the oil doesn’t really matter—but you’ll want to opt for a full synthetic oil for optimal performance.
A 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 184 horsepower is also available. It will use the same oil—0W-20—but you’ll need a total of 5.5 quarts.
The final engine option is a turbocharged 1.4-liter four cylinder engine that produces 160 horsepower, which needs 4 quarts of 5W-40. Once again, full synthetic oil is your best bet.
