Style and tech equipment will likely remain the same on the 2023 Camry as on the 2022 model. Most models come standard with a 203-hp 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with front-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission; all-wheel drive is available. The higher models such as the Camry XLE, XSE, and TRD can have an upgraded 301-hp 3.5-liter V6 engine with an eight-speed automatic transmission, but all V6 engines are only available in front-wheel-drive.
The Camry also ranks high for safety thanks to Toyota’s Standard Safety Sense 2.5+—it received a top five-star NHTSA safety rating and the IIHS’s Top Safety Pick+ award. The 2023 model isn’t expected to be structurally altered, so these ratings should carry over to the new model year.
