What is the 2021 Tacoma's towing capacity?

I’m trying to decide if I want to buy a 2021 Toyota Tacoma, but I’m not sure if it has enough towing capacity. I have a pontoon boat that I like to haul around every summer, and I want to make sure that the truck can handle it. What’s the Tacoma’s towing capacity?

The 2021
Toyota Tacoma
has a towing capacity of 3,500 to 6,800 pounds, depending on the weight in the truck itself and how the weight of the towed object is distributed. The maximum towing capacity is higher than the average 5,000 pounds that can be pulled by most trucks.
Since most pontoon boats max at 5,000 pounds, you can pull most pontoons using your Toyota Tacoma without having too much trouble. If you’re worried that the truck wouldn’t be able to handle your pontoon, you can always ask your dealer about it, too.
If you do decide on this truck, you’ll need insurance to go with your new vehicle. The
