What is the Chevrolet Corvette warranty?

After years of saving, I finally have enough for a down payment on a Chevrolet Corvette. Since it’s relatively complex under the hood, I just want to know what the warranty is and what it covers. What is included in the Chevy Corvette warranty?

 is just as much of a work of art as it is a vehicle, so congrats on saving up! The good news is that the Chevrolet Corvette offers a 3-year, 36,000-mile basic warranty and a 5-year, 60,000-mile powertrain warranty, or whichever comes first.
The basic warranty is a bumper-to-bumper warranty, covering any defects that aren’t due to wear and tear. The powertrain warranty takes this one step further, covering any malfunctions with the engine, transmission, or drivetrain that aren’t the result of an accident or wear and tear.
