What is the best oil filter for a Subaru Outback?

Can you help settle this debate? My friend says that you should never use anything but power steering fluid in a car, but I remember something my grandfather said about substituting another fluid. What can I use instead of power steering fluid?

I recently bought two Subarus, a 2018 Impreza and a 2021 Crosstrek. I read online that Subaru builds these cars on the same platform. So can I pull a wiper off my Impreza and use it on the Crosstrek until I get new wipers? Also, what’s the Subaru Crosstrek’s windshield wipers size?

There are some rusty bolts on my wheel in desperate need of replacement that just won’t budge. I know you can use a heat torch to remove them, but I’ve never used one and am worried I’d burn myself. How do you remove rusted bolts without heat?
