What is the Acura 2010 TSX’s 0-60 time?

I was recently handed down my grandparents’ 2010 Acura TSX as a college graduation gift, and I’m excited to test drive it. Before I test out its full potential, I’m wondering how quickly it should go from 0 to 60 MPH?

Congrats on graduating college! Graduations, no matter if it’s high school, college, or even beyond, are always significant achievements, and you should be proud of the work you’ve done. Also, did someone say a car as a graduation gift? Nice!
With that being said, let’s get right into it. The 2010 Acura TSX can go from 0 to 60 in 5.9 seconds, which is pretty good for a luxury sedan like the TSX. Ultimately, your car’s speed depends on several factors:
  • Aerodynamics: Typically, your car’s aerodynamic features will typically be based on the build of your car. The slimmer the build, the less it has to work to push air to move forward, allowing your car to move forward with ease.
  • Weight: Your car’s total gross weight plays a crucial role in determining your car’s speed rates. Much like with aerodynamics, the heavier your vehicle is, the more it has to work to build momentum and speed.
  • Power train: Having a lighter car doesn’t always mean it will be faster. What happens here is that car manufacturers typically have to walk a fine line of finding a healthy balance between a lighter frame and a powerful engine.
As you prepare to test out your new ride’s maximum speed potential, be sure not to go too fast, or else you could end up facing a hefty speeding ticket that could affect your driving record. Make sure you are covered with the right

that will stick with you no matter the circumstances.
