I’m trying to decide on a small compact car, and I didn’t really think about MINI until I saw one driving around the other day. I’m also fairly certain MINI vehicles are made by BMW now, so I wasn’t sure where they manufacture them. Where does MINI or BMW make the Cooper?

My neighbor has this very bright flood light that comes on at night every time the wind blows. It faces my bedroom and constantly wakes me up. I already talked to them, and they won’t take it down. How can I block out the neighbor's light at night?
