What company offers cheaper car insurance than Progressive?

I'm currently insured with Progressive. I can afford my insurance, but I want to look into other companies. Is there a company that has cheaper rates than Progressive?

Progressive
 is one of the cheapest
car insurance
 companies for many drivers, but other drivers will find lower rates with providers like GEICO, Nationwide, Safeco, or National General.  
Insurance rates are determined in part by your situation: Where you live, how old you are, your credit history, and your driving record all influence your rates. 
Companies also use their own unique rating systems: This means that someone who drives the same car and lives in the same area may be paying more or less than you based on additional factors—and it also means that different companies will offer you different rates.
Progressive is cheapest after a DUI: The one category of drivers who aren’t likely to find cheaper rates with another insurer are drivers with DUI convictions. In general, Progressive’s rate increases after a DUI are much smaller than other insurers’.
To find a company offering a lower rate than Progressive, shop around. You can request quotes from various car insurance companies in your area to see your rates.
Since every carrier is different, you could be eligible for discounts with other carriers or lower rates.
