Now that the long-overdue thaw is incoming, I’m ready to get out and about. I’m planning on going on a road trip this April, but I’m at a loss for ideas. What are some of the best road trip destinations in April?

Nobody likes cabin fever and cold weather, so an epic road trip is certainly in order! Fortunately, you have an endless list of road trip opportunities for your spring trip. Here are some of the best road trip destinations in April:
- Head to Washington, D.C. to see the blooming of the cherry blossom trees, which were gifted to the U.S. by the Japanese emperor.
- Go to the Tribeca Film Festival for a day or two in New York City. As a side trip, you can explore Long Island and maybe hit the beach if temperatures permit.
