Is Rescue Remedy safe for driving?

I saw that my Rescue Remedy contains alcohol. Is it still safe to drive after I take it? I don’t want to accidentally drive under the influence, but it really helps with my anxiety and driving makes me a little nervous.

It’s great that you’ve found something to help with your driving anxiety. Luckily, Rescue Remedy is
completely safe for driving
as long as you’re taking the recommended amount. While the herbal remedy does contain 27% alcohol, one dose is equal to about 10 mL of beer.
If you’re still worried, there are other options out there! In fact, Rescue Remedy can be purchased without any alcohol content. The Rescue Night and Rescue Plus products are preserved in glycerine, not alcohol, so you won’t be consuming any alcohol at all.
