Is a fuel pump covered under Ford’s powertrain warranty?
I’m having issues with my fuel pump, but I believe my Ford powertrain warranty is still effective. Will repairs be covered?

No—the fuel pump will not be covered under Ford’s powertrain warranty.
Every Ford vehicle comes with a powertrain warranty that lasts for a total of five years or 60,000 miles. This warranty applies to your engine, transmission, and drivetrain. While the oil pump is included under the powertrain umbrella, the fuel pump is not.
However, every new Ford also comes with a three-year/36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty that covers most of the vehicle’s mechanical components that aren’t already covered by the powertrain warranty.
This means that if your car is still within the bumper-to-bumper warranty period, your fuel pump could still be covered.
Keep in mind that a few circumstances may void your warranty, including using contaminated or improper fuel/fluids, customer-applied chemicals or accidental spills, driving through water deep enough to cause engine damage, and other types of vehicle misuse.
