How old do you need to be to rent a car in Pennsylvania?

I’m headed to Pittsburgh to watch the Pirates play my beloved Cardinals. However, I just noticed that the Cardinals are playing in Philadelphia a few days later. I think I’m going to rent a car and make the trip, but I’m only 23 years old. Can I rent a car in Pennsylvania?

Fortunately, you only need to be 21 years old to rent a car in
Pennsylvania
, so you shouldn’t have any issues getting a car.
Since you’re only 23 years old, you may find that the rental car company charges a young driver fee and may restrict the type of car you can rent.
Make sure that you decline the
rental car insurance
, as your
personal coverage
should cover all rental cars.
