This is a great question! To fix windshield wipers, you’re looking at a price range between $20 and $300—depending on the cause of the problem.
If all you need is a new rubber blade, a replacement may cost between $20 and $40 depending on your make and model. Expect to pay a little more if you go to a professional mechanic for help installing the blades, you’ll pay even more. Some auto supply shops will help you install the blades for free if you purchase the wipers at their store.
If you’re having mechanical or electrical problems, you might spend closer to $200 or $300 to repair your wiper system. The motor, wiper arm, and the washer pump may need to be replaced, for instance.
Make sure you shop around with multiple auto shops to get the lowest price on repairs!
