How hard is the written driving test in California?
I’m 17 and about to take the written driving test in Temecula. Since I’m not a great test-taker, I’m worried about passing. How difficult is the written driving exam in California?
The California driver’s test has 46 questions, and you must answer 38 correctly to pass. Statistics show that four in 10 people fail their written driving test the first time around.
However, many people who fail probably did not invest enough time in studying.
The questions on the test are like any others you’d find around the United States. They go over road signs, basic driving practices, and scenario-based driving situations.
So, if you read your Rules of the Road book, study diligently for the week leading up to the test, and take a deep breath during the test, you should be fine!
