California
as far back as seven years. However, depending on the situation, an employer may choose to delve deeper into your driving past, especially if the records are still available.If you’re concerned about certain infractions marrying your driving record long-term, you could submit a request to the California DMV to have your record expunged.
Keep in mind: Even if you are granted an expungement of certain traffic violations, convictions such as a
