How do you start a 2016 Honda Civic with the key?
I know that I can start my 2016 Honda Civic with the key, but I’ve never done it before. Now that it’s getting colder, it would be really helpful if I could learn how to do it!

in the winter! To start your 2016 Honda Civic
using the key, follow these steps:- Make sure your car is locked.
- You’ll need to be in range of your car to use remote start. If you can’t lock your car remotely, for example, you won’t be able to use remote start, either.
- Press and hold the rounded arrow button on your key fob.
- After a few seconds, your car should start.
- Your car will typically run for 10 minutes before shutting off.
- It will automatically attempt to bring the internal temperature of your vehicle to 72 degrees, so remote start can be helpful in the summer, too.
