How do you remove the Toyota Sienna’s middle seat?
I have a 2018 Toyota Sienna LE, and I’m having a little trouble getting the middle seat out. I’m going on a big camping road trip with my partner, so it’d be nice to have the extra space in the back. What’s the best way to remove the Toyota Sienna’s middle seat?

. The extra storage and comfortable seats make long drives especially easy! Follow these steps to remove the Toyota Sienna’s middle seat and maximize your space:
- Locate and pull the release strap on the top right of your driver’s side middle row seat.
- Lower the seat until it’s flat.
- Pull the release strap underneath the front of the seat to unlatch it. At this point, the seat should detach.
- Close the retractable leg by folding it inwards.
- Store the seat in the seat storage space in your trunk—cushion side first. Make sure it’s safely secured with the included stow latch.
